Paul Pooler
Assistant Director
Paul Pooler is an education professional with more than two decades of experience guiding large-scale STEM and college and career-readiness initiatives. His work centers on designing impactful learning experiences, developing strategic education programs, and building partnerships that expand opportunities for students and educators.
His background includes directing multi-county education and mentorship programs, overseeing teams that delivered high-impact STEM experiences throughout Southern California, and cultivating partnerships with educational institutions, industry, and community organizations.
Paul has lead curriculum design, STEM content development, and educator training across a wide range of learning environments. His love of the outdoors also inspires him to help facilitate community workshops and programs that build confidence and skills in outdoor experiences.
He holds a Master's of Education in Curriculum & Instruction with an emphasis on STEM Education from Concordia University, Portland and a Bachelor's in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in education from Cal State University, Fullerton. Paul is committed to creating equitable, engaging pathways that inspire curiosity, build confidence, and connect learners to meaningful academic and career opportunities.
